Responsabilidades
- Lead and develop a ~100 person engineering organisation, expected to continue growing through organic expansion and acquisition
- Modernise legacy platforms and architectures to support future scale
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices, cloud technologies, and AI-enabled development workflows
- Partner with product, commercial, and executive stakeholders to align technology strategy with business priorities
- Assess, develop, and evolve engineering talent as the organisation transforms
- Help define how AI capabilities are embedded across products, workflows, and customer experiences
- Work closely with global technology leadership to bring world-class AI capabilities into the Latin American business
Requisitos
- Experience leading engineering organisations of 100+ people
- Strong track record of platform modernisation and technology transformation
- Deep architectural understanding across cloud-native systems and modern software platforms
- Experience operating in complex enterprise software, fintech, SaaS, marketplace, or other high-scale technology environments
- Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence across engineering, product, commercial, and executive teams
- Practical experience implementing AI, machine learning, agentic systems, or AI-enabled engineering practices
- Hands-on mindset with ability to stay close to technology while leading through managers and senior leaders
