Responsabilidades
- Explore, train, test, and deploy ML and AI models within banking industry model risk standards, including model bias, disparate impact, AI guardrails, privacy controls, and ongoing monitoring
- Own end-to-end model validation including sample adequacy, out-of-time testing, and reproducibility checks before sign-off
- Extend and deploy Reinforcement Learning-based marketing optimization capabilities while following quality standards for model deployment and monitoring
- Contribute to and uphold team code development standards including version control, code review, and documentation
- Collaborate with business partners to translate business context into technical solutions embedded in SaaS products at large scale
- Proactively explore available data to size and project opportunities to improve products, services, or client and consumer experience
Requisitos
- 5+ years' experience delivering applied machine learning, AI, and data science capabilities in consumer-facing and/or enterprise applications
- Independently prototyped, optimized, validated, managed, operated and updated machine learning and statistical models in large scale SaaS applications
- Knowledge of statistical inference, experiment design, probability, sampling methodologies, regression, classification, clustering, data mining, time series analysis, causal inference analysis, deep learning, and AI techniques
- Strong working knowledge of Python-based machine learning and AI frameworks and data and computation management mechanisms in cloud settings
- Familiarity with software engineering practices: Git branching strategies, code review, CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to adapt to different audiences
- Ability to quickly pivot and act with agility as dictated by business needs
- Advanced degree or equivalent career experience in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline
