Responsabilidades
- Orchestrate technical transformation roadmaps for large, complex organizations, ensuring alignment between AI adoption, regulatory compliance, and high-performance system architecture
- Define cross-project standards for AI integration, establishing Golden Patterns for agentic workflows
- Design and institutionalize engineering frameworks required for scalable AI agent adoption
- Advise C-level technology leadership on long-term technical maturity of AI-native stack
- Establish portfolio-wide guardrails for AI-driven development and autonomous systems operation
- Drive adoption of modern engineering practices such as Spec-Driven Development across the enterprise
Requisitos
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering leadership with focus on complex, high-throughput systems
- Proven track record defining and leading enterprise-scale technical transformation projects
- Deep expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems, including low-latency data architectures and real-time streaming platforms
- Strong understanding of AI-native engineering principles, including agentic development and model integration
- Exceptional executive presence; ability to bridge abstract corporate strategy and concrete technical execution
- Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP) and enterprise compliance frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change in engineering organizations
