Responsabilidades
- Building and maintaining automations and agent workflows across the organization
- Setting up and managing AI tooling — Claude, custom GPTs, MCP connectors, APIs, integrations
- Wiring systems together so nothing falls through the cracks
- Training non-technical team members and leadership to use built systems
- Working directly with ownership on fast decisions with real impact
Requisitos
- Demonstrable, hands-on experience building AI automations and agent workflows
- Strong command of LLMs (Claude, GPT, etc.) and prompt engineering
- Real experience with APIs, integrations, and automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier, custom code)
- Ability to work independently and own outcomes
- Clear communicator who can explain complex things simply to non-technical people
- Self-starter who spots problems and solves them before being asked
- Builder mentality with shipped systems to show
- Relentless work ethic and commitment to long-term engagement
